I started selling Real Estate in 1988. I became a Relocation Specialist in 1998, which is what I do now. My experience includes a broad and thorough understanding of Corporate contracts, surveys, fieldwork, vacant land and detailed inspections of homes and Commercial properties. I specialize in highly detailed contract negotiations and know what is going to be suggested.

There is never a successful Relocation Specialist, Director or Counselor, without the invaluable resources provided by their Broker. Hannett ,Wilson & Whitehouse has drawn many Top Producing Agents, through the efforts of our newest managing Broker / Owner, Gerry Burke. There has not been one instance when he wasn't able to meet the needs of our agents, or supply all necessary materials, recommendations or personnel to meet the Relocation Department's deadlines or requirements. Not an easy task, in the Relocation Industry, which is under constant change and modification of corporate needs.
